What is physiological ICSI?

           Immature sperm are more likely to be present in men with insufficient sperm samples. Despite being immature, these sperm can have good motility and shape. They do, however, contain higher levels of DNA damage, which, if chosen for fertilization, may lead to poor embryo quality and pregnancy loss.

    The determine sperm selection using the PICSI process rather than the sole method available to embryologists up to now, eye observation (morphology and motility). Similar to how selection occurs throughout the natural reproductive process, this technique aids in selection.
