The Date Of The Last Period

Calculate the due date if you know the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP) before getting pregnant. The due date is 40 weeks after the day of beginning date of the last period.

This method is a better way to identify when the baby will born because most of the women remember the 1^st day of their period. But this will not always be accurate, especially if the mother will have an irregular menstrual cycle or are on birth control.
