How is ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) diagnosed?

Doctors diagnose OHSS with several tests. These tests can include:

• Ultrasound: Looks for free fluid in the abdomen and the size of the ovaries.
• Chest X-ray: Looks for fluid in the chest.
